What belongs on Baylaya.

Initial platform rules prohibit illegal, stolen or counterfeit goods, weapons, controlled medicines, account or identity sales, financial solicitations, sexual services and wildlife trade.

Pet supplies are permitted; live-animal listings are not. Overseas recruitment and regulated professional services are disabled pending separate review.

This list is a platform policy, not an exhaustive statement of Philippine law. Categories must also be enabled by the marketplace operator.
