Marketplace terms — draft.

Baylaya is a proposed Philippine marketplace. Posting and messaging require an account, confirmed email and acceptance of the 18+ platform policy.

Sellers are responsible for accurate descriptions and permission to use their photographs. Publication is subject to category rules and moderation. Closing a listing is a seller action, not proof of a verified payment.

Buyers and sellers arrange underlying item or engagement payments. Paid platform tools are separate and currently disabled. Terms, complaints handling, consumer rights and operator details require Philippine legal review before launch.
