Marketplace terms — draft

Baylaya is a Philippine marketplace operated by Form And Field. Posting and messaging require an account, confirmed email and acceptance of the platform’s 18+ policy. These terms remain subject to legal review.

Sellers must describe items accurately and have permission to use their photos. Listings are subject to category rules and review. Closing a listing does not prove a verified payment.

Buyers and sellers currently arrange item or engagement payments directly. Paid platform tools are separate and are not yet available for purchase. Applicable consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.
