Consumer rights, returns and complaints
You can ask Baylaya for help with an undelivered, damaged, incomplete, incorrect or possibly counterfeit item, a payment concern or another marketplace problem. A support case records your request; it is not insurance or a money-back guarantee.
Where Philippine consumer law applies, a blanket “no return, no exchange” rule cannot remove remedies for defective goods. Repair, replacement or refund may apply. Change of mind does not automatically qualify. Second-hand or as-is sales, disclosed defects and buyer-caused damage need individual assessment. See DTI’s guidance below.
Explain the problem to the seller and state the remedy you want. If you need help, open a private Baylaya case, include the listing or payment reference and describe the result you seek. Do not send passwords, OTPs, full card numbers or identity documents. Keep original evidence; this form currently accepts text only.
You receive a case reference and can read and reply to support responses in your account. You can reopen a closed case if the problem remains. Closing a case does not confirm that money was returned.
For payments arranged directly with a seller, Baylaya cannot reverse the transfer. Contact the seller and payment provider promptly. Our complaint process does not replace statutory rights or prevent you from seeking help from DTI or another appropriate authority.
